Entire pre planning and preparation for the execution to happen in this week.
Week 2 - Design and Understand Drawbacks
Learning Outcome
Understand potential flaws across algorithms for the problem at hand.
2.1 Uniqueness and explain ability of algorithms.
2.2 Knowledge, and Response Time of Algorithm
2.3 Augmenting Accuracy, and usability.
Practical Component
Understand and work through live development and testing across the equipment through your problem statement.
Week 3 - Develop and Demonstrate Final Technology
Learning Outcome
Arrive at a final product, move towards predicting and solving edge cases.
3.1 Complete working demonstrations of technologies.
3.2 Missed Test cases, and technology opportunity discussions.
3.3 Are we solving the problem completely? Integration discussions.
Practical Component
Arriving at the technology fit validation, and perfection of working of the created technology.
Week 4- Present Business Plan and Technology Cases
Learning Outcome
Expand use cases, present business plan, and showcase outcome.
4.1 Additional steps to validate opportunity, and defensibility.
4.2 Parallel solutions to problem consideration.
4.3 Brain storming and delving how better we can solve the problem.
Practical Component
Understanding the current standing, and working towards an even greater success in product and fit.
Week 5-Potential Road Blocks and Solutions
Learning Outcome
Here students are almost ready for presentations, and potential roadblocks faced are solved.
5.1 Discussing how the technology would change further landscape, and how to cater to additional markets.
5.2 Fail safe, security, and other considerations in solution.
5.3 Resilience, and Integration feasibility of solution with target market.
Practical Component
Building additional blocks of taking the product to readiness in live status.
Week 6- Live Presentation to Investors/Stake Holders
Learning Outcome
Here students work on perfecting their presentation for select investors, or end stakeholders with complete technology and business case demonstration.
6.1 Mock Presentations - 1 with feedback.
6.2 Demo day and Final Presentation to Investors.
6.3 Reflections, next steps, and taking the venture forward.
Practical Component
Practical presentations with the lab equipment to create acceptance for overall product and pipeline.
