Currently he serves as Executive Director at Pratyagra Foundation – Center For excellence - the Center For Entrepreneurship & Family Business - Myra School Of Business and Member-Secretary of the Mysore Entrepreneurship Forum.
Sanjay has 29+ years of experience - (60%) UK/USA/UAE and (40%) in India including leading a team which went from Idea to IPO. He is from a Military- Diplomat family, coaching Leadership teams with inferences and processes derived from Special Forces best practices of extreme ownership at the workplace. His doctoral research was in the Failure of M&A for x-border/x- cultural reasons which informs his globally respected training with MNC’s.
As a CXO transformation coach, he has worked at leadership roles like Partner, CFO, CMO, COO, CEO and Executive Director Corporate Strategy, HR and L&D
Sanjay has worked at / coached organizations like Ducom Group with LEAN 3S change management at global manufacturing companies, Deloitte & Touché (UK), EY, KPMG, NIXI , Punj Lloyd, Spectra net, Pinkerton (USA), J&J, IBM , Nippon Paints , where he co-facilitated the development of over 10 SBU heads in 2 years of intrapreneurship programs. Sanjay has worked on 109 startup business models and 100+ reviews of teams at Demo Days (Shark tank formats) at IIT-Startups and other B Schools. He has coached and mentored employees from companies in UK/USA/UAE & India. Sanjay has incisive experience in Corporate Risk Management, Operations, Interim Management, Design Thinking, LEAN Startup method and Consulting.
G.O.I & Public Service - Sanjay has Served as ex-CEO at G.O.I Internet Exchange NIXI , ex- President of the Internet Service Providers Association. Currently – member-secretary at the King of Mysore’s Mysore Entrepreneurship Forum
Sanjay had mentored/ Coached 12 Startups, at the co designed Wadhwani Venture--Fastrack Accelerator, 34 at Co-designed Nippon Paints Intrapreneurship Accelerator, 1 Airbus and 5 Nextspace in BLR.
